Our home and neighborhood are beautiful!!!! We have young children, and have been so happy about our home’s design, the quality, and the experience! Rosewood has always been quick to respond if we ever have a question. The neighborhood is such a nice place to walk, with flat well maintained sidewalks, and large cul-de-sacs for our children to play in. Our large kitchen is every chef’s dream. We have been very pleased!

With the gas fireplace and screened in porch, we find ourselves outside in all seasons, day and night. Finally, the location of this neighborhood, Ridgewalk Cottages, is what finally made our decision.

Rosewood Communities is the best builder in Greenville! No other builder comes close to the quality of home they build! The whole staff goes the extra mile to please you! If you go in one of their homes you will fall in love with it! I have been in my home now for six months and it’s the best investment I ever made!

The floorplan is just perfect for us, the kitchen is a dream to work in, the boot bench is in and looks amazing, the drop station is awesome, the pantry is the biggest I have ever owned, but what has impressed us the most is the quality of the construction. This house is perfection from the paint job to the trim molding to every nook and cranny. Rosewood did a fantastic job and went out of their way to fix small and large mistakes, when we were under construction.

I just wanted to say how much we are enjoying our Rosewood home! We built an Aurora B one-story plan that is just perfect for the 2 of us. We love the open floorpan and all the storage that we have created by adding a walk in closet in the guest bedroom, a drop zone station with cabinets near the back entrance and a huge walk in pantry!! We are enjoying our beautiful finishes and kitchen-aid appliances as well! I think we will really love the outdoor covered porch when the spring arrives!

Excellent build quality, we’ve been looking for a new home for two years, you’re a little hard to find on the Internet, but sure glad we did. This is my tenth new home in fifty years, this is the best quality of them all by far.
