Rosewood's 6th Collaboration with Homes for Hope

Rosewood Communities is excited to announce its upcoming partnership with Homes for HOPE! Homes for HOPE is a non-profit organization dedicated to generating new-home income projects in order to provide financial resources to alleviate poverty in developing countries. Home builders can dedicate a job to be a Homes for HOPE project and trade partners, suppliers, or service providers can choose to join the project by donating or discounting their time and resources. This way, the profit is maximized without compromising the quality of the home built. Homes for HOPE utilizes microfinancing, in which the profits donated from each new home go directly to small loans given to recipients, with which they can build sustainable businesses to help lift their families out of poverty. Established by a home builder and HOPE International founder in 1998, the organization has generated over $21 million from the revenue of over 100 homes, which have led to tens of thousands of loans issued to families in developing countries.

This upcoming project, which will donate the profits of the home built on lot 34 in Whispering Meadows, will be Rosewood’s 6th collaboration with Homes for HOPE. Since 2011, the five homes Rosewood has dedicated have amounted to a donation total of almost $400,000. We are excited to once again partner with this wonderful organization, especially in these unprecedented times when global poverty is ever apparent.
