Rosewood Communities values the expertise of our agents in understanding the intricacies of our homes. We've meticulously crafted a streamlined process to ensure our customers find both ease and pleasure throughout the building experience. Recognizing the pivotal role external agents play in introducing clients to us, especially with the burgeoning Greenville and Clemson real estate markets, we're committed to rewarding their efforts. Here's our compensation policy: 

Buyers’ Agents Compensation: We gladly offer a 2% commission for buyer's agents on client sales, provided the following terms of customer representation are met:

First Visit & Registration: The external agent must accompany the client on their FIRST visit to any model home and register with our on-site agents. Mere phone calls don't qualify as registration. Should a buyer interact directly with us without previously disclosing their agent's details, the commission may be subject to our discretion and potentially be less than 2%.

Formalities: Agents and customers are required to fill out the registration forms during their initial visit. A customer visiting our models without their agent doesn’t qualify for agent representation.

Licensing: Agents must be licensed within South Carolina.

Buyer’s Agency Agreement: Agents should have a standing buyer’s agency agreement with the client, ready to be presented upon request.

Registration Duration: We honor each registration for a period of 30 days.

Re-registration: Agents are welcome to revisit with clients and renew their registration for successive 30-day intervals.

Meeting Attendances: Should a customer decide to proceed with a lot hold or a preliminary meeting, the agent is mandated to accompany their client for all subsequent discussions.

Contract & Closing: Our sales coordinator will draft the contract and manage all related processes like selections and pre-construction meetings. However, agents are expected to be present and attend the final closing.
